Civil Construction Project Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee heavy civil construction projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for planning, budgeting, team leadership, and client coordination, ensuring every project is delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and field teams to develop and execute construction plans.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and optimize resources to ensure profitability.
• Develop project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure materials and equipment are available as needed.
• Conduct takeoffs, review RFIs, and provide technical support to field crews.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years experience in civil construction project management 
• Strong background in excavation, site development, and infrastructure projects.
• Technical skills in reading blueprints, estimating, takeoffs, and project planning.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with field crews, and clients
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Hawaii-based candidates are preferred, but we will consider relocation for the right fit.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work across multiple job sites.
