CDL Class A Driver (Excavation Company)

We are seeking hardworking, responsible, self-motivated professionals to help us complete our existing

projects on-time and on budget. We are a small, close-knit, family run company which has been working

on Maui since the 70's. We mostly work in the central valley but have projects all over the island including

Hana.

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills.

Hardworking and dependable.

CDL Class A License

Honest, with a positive attitude.

Team-oriented, with the ability to follow directions and meet project goals.

Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs. (with assistance).

Reliable transportation.

Drug-free, with the ability to pass random drug tests.

Punctual, arrives to work on time ready to work.

CDL Class A Driver Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent CDL Class A driving experience.

Driving Record: Clean driving abstract within the past 3 years.

Certification: Valid CDL & license and current medical card.

Availability: Flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed (though rare).

Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with driving on Maui; experience driving to Hana is a plus.

Equipment Skills:

Proficient in loading, securing and hauling heavy machinery on a trailer.

Experienced in hauling aggregate with a semi and end dump trailer.

Ability to load trucks using loaders or excavators.

Compensation:

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year based on experience
